Important Notice: This Coins Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Loopit (“Loopit” or the “Platform”) and users of the Coins service.
Before purchasing, obtaining, or using Coins, please carefully read and fully understand this Agreement, particularly the provisions concerning purchases, delivery, spending, refunds, balance deductions, and account measures. After reading, understanding, and agreeing to this Agreement, clicking “Agree,” confirming a purchase, or using the Coins service indicates your acceptance of this Agreement. Once legally formed, this Agreement is binding on both you and Loopit.
Loopit prohibits minors from purchasing or using the Coins service under this Agreement. If you are under 18 years of age, please immediately stop purchasing and using Coins. If applicable laws in your jurisdiction impose stricter eligibility requirements for these transactions, you must also satisfy those requirements.
If you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor, please fulfill your supervisory responsibilities, guide the minor in properly using relevant products and services, safeguard payment devices, payment accounts, and passwords, and use available parental controls, payment verification, or other tools designed to protect minors. These responsibilities do not affect any refund rights or other remedies available under applicable law.
1. What Are Coins?
- Coins are virtual spending units used within the Loopit Platform to purchase designated in-game items and digital interactive services, or to support creators through features provided by the Platform. Users may obtain Coins through purchases or by participating in tasks and activities announced by the Platform.
- Coins are recorded separately from other currencies on the Platform and cannot be exchanged for them. The source, quantity, and applicable rules for purchased Coins, bonus Coins included with a purchase, and independently awarded free reward Coins will be distinguished in account records or on the relevant pages.
- Coins may only be used within the scope announced by the Platform. Users may not transfer, sell, exchange, or otherwise trade Coins with one another, or redeem Coins for cash or physical goods, except for refunds processed under this Agreement or other remedies provided by applicable law.
- Users may not buy or sell Coins through third-party channels that have not been approved by the Platform, or use Coins for fraud, money laundering, unlawful transactions, or other prohibited activities. Using Coins through the Platform’s creator-support features does not constitute a direct transfer of Coins between users. Related creator earnings are governed by the applicable agreements and settlement rules between the Platform and the creator.
2. Pricing and Purchase Confirmation
- Before you confirm a purchase, Loopit will display the payment currency, price, quantity of purchased Coins, and any applicable bonus quantities, promotional conditions, and usage restrictions. The Platform will not charge you without your authorization.
- You must purchase Coins through the Apple App Store or Google Play in-app payment channels provided by Loopit. Purchases made through an app store are also subject to that app store’s applicable payment and refund rules.
- If you purchase Coins through unlawful means or a channel not designated by Loopit, the Platform cannot guarantee the authenticity, validity, or successful crediting of the transaction. The Platform will assist in investigating any resulting issues based on the actual transaction and applicable law. Each party will bear the responsibility legally attributable to it. This provision does not exclude any liability that the Platform must bear under applicable law for its own fault.
- Before purchasing, please carefully check your signed-in account, purchase quantity, payment amount, and the information displayed on the purchase page. For purchase disputes arising from an incorrect account, operational errors, an unintended quantity selection, or other personal reasons, the Platform will provide necessary assistance based on the circumstances. Refund eligibility will be determined under this Agreement, applicable law, and the relevant app store’s rules.
- Funds used to purchase Coins must be lawfully obtained, and you must be authorized to use them. If a third party pays on your behalf, you must ensure that the payer understands the purpose of the payment and makes it voluntarily. Any dispute arising from a breach of this provision will be handled in accordance with applicable law. Any party legally responsible for losses suffered by Loopit or a third party must bear the corresponding liability.
- To protect transaction security and maintain orderly Platform operations, Loopit may monitor and investigate unusual activity involving the purchase or use of Coins to the extent lawful and necessary. Where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that a transaction violates applicable law or rules, the Platform may temporarily freeze the relevant Coins or restrict purchases or related features to the extent necessary while conducting an investigation.
- If an investigation confirms a violation, Loopit may, based on the specific facts, seriousness of the conduct, and applicable law, revoke Coins obtained through the violation, restrict relevant features, suspend or close an account, or take other appropriate measures. Loopit may also retain relevant information or report the matter to competent authorities or judicial bodies in accordance with applicable law. Any balance deduction must have a clear basis. The Platform will not clear lawfully obtained balances unrelated to the conduct without justification. To the extent permitted by law, the Platform will explain the reasons for its decision and provide a channel for requesting review.
3. Crediting and Delivery of Coins
- After you complete payment and the payment channel and the Platform verify that the transaction is valid, Loopit will credit the purchased Coins and any eligible bonus Coins to the Loopit account you were signed into and confirmed when making the purchase. Coins are generally credited immediately after successful transaction verification.
- Coins are considered delivered only when they have actually been credited to the relevant account and are available for use. A successful charge shown by the payment channel does not, by itself, establish that Coins have been delivered.
- If Coins are not credited promptly due to network delays, delayed payment notifications, system failures, or similar issues, you may contact the Platform for an investigation under Section 6. If payment is verified but delivery has not occurred, the Platform will credit the missing Coins. If delivery cannot be completed, the Platform will process or assist with a refund in accordance with applicable law and the payment channel’s rules.
- The same order will not be fulfilled or refunded more than once. Coins corresponding to an order that has been canceled or successfully refunded will not be issued. If a system error results in an incorrect issuance, excess issuance, or inaccurate quantity record, the Platform may correct the error after verification and explain the correction to you. Such corrections will not affect lawful balances or benefits unrelated to the error.
4. Spending Coins
- Before you confirm a use of Coins, the Platform will display the number of Coins required for the relevant in-game item, digital interactive service, or creator-support action. After your confirmation, the Platform will deduct the corresponding quantity and deliver the relevant benefit or perform the relevant service.
- Among available balances eligible for the particular use, Coins obtained free of charge will be deducted first. Coins with expiration dates will be deducted in order of earliest expiration, followed by other free Coins in the order they were credited. If those balances are insufficient, purchased Coins will then be deducted in the order they were credited.
- If your available balance is insufficient, the transaction cannot be completed. The Platform will not automatically purchase Coins or charge your payment account without your separate authorization.
- If a system error causes a duplicate deduction, or if Coins are deducted but the corresponding benefit or service is not delivered and cannot subsequently be provided, the Platform will restore the relevant Coins. Restored Coins will retain their original source classification. Purchased Coins will not acquire an expiration date because they have been restored. If restored free reward Coins have already expired, the Platform will provide a reasonable additional period for their use and clearly inform you of that period.
- You may view records of Coins purchases, bonuses, rewards, spending, restorations, and refund-related deductions on the relevant account pages. If you identify an error, you may request an investigation under Section 6.
5. Validity of Coins
- Purchased Coins, including Coins purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchases, do not expire and will not become invalid merely because time has passed or your account has remained inactive.
- Bonus Coins expressly included as part of the promised quantity in a purchased bundle also do not expire. The Platform will not cause Coins included in a purchased bundle to expire merely by labeling them as “bonus” Coins or changing their classification.
- Coins awarded through free tasks or activities independently of a purchase may have expiration dates. Any such expiration date will be clearly disclosed before the Coins are claimed, and those Coins will be distinguished from purchased Coins. The Platform will not retroactively introduce or shorten an expiration period for rewards that have already been claimed.
- Refund-related deductions, transaction corrections, and measures addressing unlawful or prohibited transactions under this Agreement do not constitute expiration. Such measures must nevertheless comply with this Agreement and applicable law.
6. Refunds and Transaction Issues
- Unless required by applicable law, permitted by an applicable app store’s refund policy, or expressly promised by the Platform, purchases of Coins that have been delivered are generally non-refundable. This provision does not prevent you from submitting a request concerning unauthorized charges, duplicate charges, missing Coins, non-delivery, incorrect delivery, or other circumstances in which remedies are available under applicable law.
- For purchases made through the Apple App Store, you may request a refund through Apple’s official refund channel. Loopit will provide necessary assistance in verifying the order. For purchases made through Google Play, you may request a refund in accordance with Google Play’s official refund rules, or contact Loopit for assistance.
- For issues concerning purchases, the crediting of Coins, spending deductions, or refunds, you may email support@Loopit.me with your Loopit account information, order number, purchase time, payment channel, proof of payment, and a description of the issue. The Platform will request only information necessary to investigate the matter. If additional materials are required, the Platform will explain what is needed.
- Loopit will provide an initial response within 3 business days after receiving your request and will generally complete its investigation and inform you of the outcome within 15 business days after receiving all necessary information. If assistance from a payment channel or another third party is required, the Platform will explain the reason for the delay, provide progress updates, and indicate when further feedback is expected. Any stricter deadlines required by applicable law will prevail.
- If an investigation confirms that payment was made but Coins were not credited, the quantity delivered was insufficient, or delivery did not occur, the Platform will credit the missing Coins or provide the missing benefit. If delivery cannot be completed, the Platform will process or assist with an appropriate refund. Verified duplicate charges, duplicate deductions, and other errors will be corrected, and the corresponding funds or Coins will be refunded or restored, as appropriate, without duplicate processing.
- Refund eligibility, approval, and the time required for funds to be returned are governed by applicable law and the relevant app store’s or payment channel’s rules. Refunds will generally be returned through the original payment channel. If this is not possible, the Platform will verify your identity and confirm with you another lawful method of handling the refund. The Platform will not replace a refund owed to you with Credits, coupons, or other benefits without your consent.
- If a parent or legal guardian claims that a minor purchased Coins using their account or payment instrument without consent, they may request an investigation through the channels above and provide materials necessary to establish the guardianship relationship, relevant transactions, and other necessary facts. For app store purchases, a refund may also be requested under the relevant store’s rules, and Loopit will provide necessary assistance. The Platform will not exclude a request or remedy that must be considered under applicable law solely because a guardian failed to enable protective tools or safeguard a password.
- Loopit will not impose a punitive account ban solely because a user makes a good-faith refund request, complaint, or payment dispute. A refund request does not, by itself, constitute fraud or a violation. Where evidence establishes fraud or abuse of the refund system, the matter may be handled separately under this Agreement and applicable law.
7. Treatment of Balances and Benefits Following a Refund
- While a refund request is being processed, Loopit may temporarily freeze Coins corresponding to the relevant order to the extent necessary and will explain the reason and quantity involved. If the refund is not approved and there is no other lawful basis for restricting those Coins, the Platform will release the freeze.
- After a refund is successfully processed, Loopit may deduct the Coins directly corresponding to that refund and revoke any corresponding virtual benefits acquired using those Coins that remain capable of being revoked. For a partial refund, the quantity to be revoked will be calculated in proportion to the refunded purchase amount relative to the original purchase amount for that order. The Platform will provide the calculation details. Rounding must not increase the quantity subject to recovery.
- If an order included bonus Coins, the Platform may revoke the corresponding proportion of those bonus Coins, limited to the unused bonus Coins associated with that order. Bonus Coins that have already been used will not be separately converted into a monetary debt or added to the quantity to be deducted from future purchases. Independent activity rewards unrelated to the refunded order will not be deducted because of that refund.
- Deductions of Coins, revocation of corresponding virtual benefits, and deductions from future purchases must be accounted for together. Any portion already recovered must not be recovered again. Any quantity recovered by revoking corresponding virtual benefits will be calculated using the relevant spending records and deducted from the outstanding quantity to be recovered.
- If the Coins corresponding to a refund have already been spent, and deducting the available balance and revoking corresponding benefits do not fully recover the relevant quantity, the Platform may, after verification, record the outstanding quantity of Coins to be recovered and explain the basis and calculation to you. Any portion for which you are not responsible under applicable law will not be included in the quantity subject to future deduction.
- A refund may result in adjustments to the related creator’s earnings settlement. Such adjustments must be governed by the applicable agreements and settlement rules between the Platform and the creator, together with applicable law. This Agreement does not, by itself, authorize the disposition of a creator’s rights or interests. Completion of recovery from a creator will not be a condition for processing an approved user refund.
- If you disagree with a freeze, deduction, revocation, or offset, you may request a review by emailing support@Loopit.me. The Platform will respond in accordance with the procedures in Section 6. If an error is confirmed, the Platform will correct its records and restore the corresponding balance or benefits.
This Agreement does not limit any mandatory rights granted to users under applicable law. If any provision conflicts with mandatory legal requirements, those requirements will prevail. Transactions made through an app store are also subject to that app store’s applicable rules.
